Nice people but I don't know why I was waiting for awhile even though the emergency room was almost empty. Nevertheless, i felt well after the visit and the prescription relieved my pain
I went to the ER with my daughter with flu like symptoms, and had John as our nurse he was very caring, knowledgeable, my daughter was very scared to go to the hospital and deal with doctors and nurses but John really made her feel comfortable. Thank you Northwell for having such a caring and compassionate nurse in your practice.
A very well run hospital
this is an excellent hospital in NY area, majority of the time no one waits in Waiting area, curteous staff, wonderful doctors, u have a great ER experience
I had major surgery here between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I could not believe the quality of care I received! This hospital exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Everyone was so pleasant and compassionate, from the top surgeons to the janitors. It is obvious that they are committed to giving their patients the best medical treatment possible. And the hospital is immaculate, which is so important for infection control. My daughter needs minor inpatient surgery over the summer and this is absolutely where she will be going!
very nice care and rehab here. i like this hospital. even it has cream colored vinyl gloves.
From the front desk - to the gracious lady tidying the restroom ( we were on road awhile (insists 'no, come in I'll wait )to the warmth of the night shift nurses smiles... I thanked them & God as I walked out. My relative, who happens to be young- will thrive here!
Wonderful experiences in Rehab - especially nurses, aides & therapists! Shout out to Jewels -Julianne in PT & Hannah in OT!
